Embroidery
• When working
your design for breast and sleeve images, try to imagine the entire
design and wording fitting into a 95mm diameter circle
• Limit
your text to what is essential, text looks better i fit is 6mm high or
over when embroidered.
• Thin text
fonts do not embroider well.
• Colours
- We can embroider up to nine colours to any one design, embroidery
threads do not come in pantone colours but we can get close on most
occasions.
• Mixing
print and embroidery is not a problem but you will need to contact

Print
If
using photographs, the quality of the print can only be as good as
the image supplied, we can not enhance your photographs
What formats can you use for uploading a design?
We can accept pixel graphics in JPG, PNG and GIF format. All images must
have a resolution of 120 dpi and should be in RGB mode. Graphics for
mugs and badges are the exception: they need to have a resolution of
400 dpi. The image should be no larger than 1500 x 1500 pixels (ca.
30 x 30cm). The file cannot be larger than 2MB. For flock and flex prints and bumper stickers we need
vector graphics. Since this requires complex set-up, this application
is only available to shop owners with their own website. More information
at: www.print-world.co.uk If you want to know more about setting up vector graphics,
please read through http://www.print-world.co.uk for a detailed description.
