(a) Print-World LLP do NOT accept responsibility for garments/products damaged by inappropriate use or incorrect washing, tumble drying and ironing as described on the instructions.

(b) Print-World will not/do not store any credi/debit cards inforamtion and no such information shall be passed to any third party.

(c) Print-World uses HSBC for online credit and debit clearing.

(d) The contract to which you are entering is with Print-World LLP of unit D2, The Seedbed Centre, Coldharbour Road, Harlow, Essex. CM19 5AF. It is agreeded that you are the owner of the credit or debit card used to process the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.

(e) Your statutory rights are not affected but overwise all purchases are non exchangeable, non refundable and non transferable.

(f) Print-World LLP reserves the right to refuse any order that it deemed inappropriate or that maybe, by the production of such material, in any way detrimental to the reputation of the aforementioned company.

(g) Print-World LLP will despatch your order as soon as possible within our production process. This is estimated to be approximately 3 to 4 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) from receipt of confirmation.

(h) Delivery within the United Kingdom is included in the price of your order. Contries outside the UK, delivery charges will appear during the checkout process.

(i) Any liability for import duties and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

(j) If required, Print-World LLP will supply a customs label with a description of the parcel contents and valuation.

Please note - that Print-World LLP reserves the right to alter any of the terms and conditions on certain occassions. Should this be necessary - we will post a notice on our website to niform our clients that the terms have been amended. All purchases from the date of notifivation will be supplied by the revised version.

The products used for your order will be as near to the description, specification and design illustrated on the site, although Print-World LLP reserves the right to use alternative products to complete your order should it deem necesary.

We can not make any assurances that our website is free from visuses, Trojans, worms or any other destructtive properties that may affect your computer. It is our aim to satisfy all customers requirements, but Print-World LLP can not accept liability for any errors, omissions or, products not being fit for a particular purpose.

Finally, Print-World LLP does not accept liability for loss arising from the use of the website or any other products or services pruchases from said. It is your responsibility to read out terms and conditions. Should any of these be unenforceable by law - the remaining terms will remain. Each purchase that is made shall be deemed to have been made in England and be governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
